Hey everyone, thank you for 200 million visits in just under 4 months! We're still hard at work on the next small update, currently codenamed "Four Point Five", and its likely gonna be a bit before we're ready to launch. Use the new code, "200M" for some free money!

Mentee Spotlight 🔥 Huge shoutout to will He came in with no experience in fight animation and choreography — and built a full sequence in just 2 weeks in our workshop together. That kind of growth isn’t luck. It’s strong instincts, work ethic, and the ability to take feedback and execute fast. He’s currently looking for his next opportunity. If you’re hiring animators, he’s absolutely worth a look! Rigs by Ramon Arango

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it is just a bad upscaling instead of Gen AI, but it is indeed Gen AI animation. There are things going on in it that just don't make any sense for puppet animation. Here are some parts that make it clear, I slowed down the video so it's easier to notice the chunky parts. I checked the past ADs and it's possible to notice details (from an animator's POV) that are common and make sense for human work, so it was definitely a choice to use AI on this new AD

Her brother has small eyes and just bought a new car with the driver alert system. Even when he’s driving just normally with his small eyes, the systems warns him to pay attention. What’s funny is that it’s made by a manufacturer that should understand a certain demographic has smaller eyes. I’ve yet to duplicate this but I think I need to try Lexus next because I’ve seen it happen in a few of them. Mine seems to work just fine, when I look away at the light and it turns green, it does notify and warn me as it should . So why do certain Asian car brands have driver alert systems that don’t understand that some people naturally have smaller eyes and that they aren’t just not paying attention? I did try this in a new Subaru and it did go off too. So it’s not limited to all brands it’s only certain ones. Some people go as far as to say this was intentional but I think the software might be being too sensitive to be honest. At least it’s working in a sense of creating an environment of caution. Does this happen to you too? Let me know what brand and mod car you have I will test it out. I want to see if I can get it to warn me all the time, I think it’s funny. As a person who always makes fun of the size of my eyes I think it’s funny it’s doing this primarily to Asian people. It’s like it’s making fun of a stereotype.

I just paid an agency $15,000 to publish 1,200 UGC videos like this across YouTube and Instagram. The upside: I don’t have to do anything. So if it doesn’t work, at least I didn’t lose any time. Some of the videos are already getting a surprising number of views. The unknown: Will this type of content actually bring in serious customers? I honestly have no idea 😂 Sometimes the fastest way to get an answer is to pay for the experiment.

Today we're opening offices in Madrid, Milan, and Paris, and building a dedicated engineering hub in London. The demand came before we did. Organisations across Spain, Italy, and France were already running Legora on their most complex work before we had a single person on the ground there. When customers adopt you in a market you haven't entered yet, you listen. These are markets that sit at the centre of European M&A, infrastructure, and cross-border regulatory work. The matters are hard, and the demand for AI that can actually handle that complexity is real. That's the work we're built for. London becomes the third pillar of our engineering org, alongside Stockholm and New York. The engineers who understand how AI applies in regulated, professional settings are concentrated there, shaped by proximity to some of the most demanding legal and financial institutions in the world. That's exactly the problem we're solving, and exactly the team we want building it. Sixteen cities. Four continents. Seven hundred EMEA hires in the next 6 to 12 months. All of it pointed at one thing: making lawyers 10x better at what they do. To be part of it, take a look at

One last stop in #bali to surprise a community that was in need of a new school with the BIG news that Lance Breitstein 🇺🇸🌎 has donated a new school for them and construction will begin this month and will be finished in a few months! Until now, these kids have sadly not had a place to learn, they just used some extra space in the community center which has been FAR from ideal -- thanks to Lance's generosity, they'll soon have their own school to learn in later this year! Everyone please retweet this and join me in thanking Lance for his donation as this will be his 3rd Karmagawa school and if we get 200+ retweets, he's promised me he'll actually come to Bali and visit these kids in person!!!

“The Last Meatball” Animation: jboogx.creative & enigmatic_e Movement: jboogx.creative & enigmatic_e Reference Imagery: FLUX on Civitai Jboogx and I have known each other for the better part of the last 12 months. I think we've both been inspired by each other's work and dedication to exploring all the ways we can push these tools to their limits for VFX and animation. We didn't want to force a collaboration, but recently, Jboogx was inspired by the work I've been doing and how I incorporate myself into my animations. This idea is a playful take on 'Atlas carrying the boulder,' but with a twist—let's make Atlas out of spaghetti and the boulder a meatball, to fit more with what Jboogx has been doing on the food side of things lately (shoutout to our good friend James Gerde -@gerdegotit @gerdedoesit @gerdemadeit, who did the first spaghetti animation). Since I was going to record myself, it wouldn't have been right if Jboogx didn't as well! This is just a taste of what’s possible. I'm located in Germany, and Jboogx is in Hawaii. A world apart, and we pulled this together in 48 hours. BTS coming soon 😉

Good question. A lot of side hustles are hard to break into, but one I “kinda” did when I bought my CAT equipment was driveway grading, ditching, etc. You really only need a CAT 304 or small skid steer (259). I bought my machines to clear my own lots but figured I’d see if I could get a few “side jobs” to offset the cost of the machines. Posted a few comments in some Smoky Mtn groups I’m in on Facebook that my guys and I can do “Driveway grading, smoothing out, ditch cleanouts, gravel spreading, lot prep, etc”. I COULD NOT KEEP UP with the amount of people wanting the work done. It had me and 2 of my employees constantly running around giving estimates, grading this, clearing that. To the point it was taking me away from my new build construction sites too much. I did probably $100,000 in work in a 3 month period. I finally had to just stop doing it because my main goal was building cabins and it was taking my focus away from that. But, a person can quickly learn how to operate a mini-excavator (304) or small skid steer and by throwing a few ads on FB marketplace you can probably gauge the interest. Again, there are many side hustles out there if you’re willing to work, this was just one that kind of fell in my lap because I bought some CAT equipment. I’d pull in $10,000+ for a 2 day job usually. One job we pulled in $28,000 to clear the land, spread gravel and put in a stormwater drain. Took about 8 days and just needed my 304 and 299 there.

A hidden cave. A Shivling surrounded by water. And fish swimming peacefully around it…🔱 Deep within the ancient Sri Keshavanatheshwara Temple in Mudgal, Karnataka, devotees wade through flowing water to reach Mahadeva… What makes this place even more fascinating? Small fish continuously swim around the sacred Shivling, and devotees lovingly feed them grains of rice. No grand architecture. No golden walls. Just a cave, flowing water, and a divine presence that has drawn devotees for generations. Some temples are built by human hands. Others feel as if nature itself became a temple… 🚩

You know those early sounds your baby makes? They’re not as random as they might seem. New research released this week analyzed 130 infants’ vocalizations (recorded over the course of their first 12 months) and found that babies’ early squeals, growls, and vowel sound patterns tend to occur in clusters - and often in isolation from social interaction. The findings suggest that infants engage in deliberate vocal play, producing these clusters at will as a form of vocal practice. Further, this growing control over the sounds they make is a critical step toward the development of spoken language. Check out this adorable little guy (shared to IG by genesiscostner) as he gets in some repetitive vocal practice - clustering a set of 4 similar vocalizations across 12 seconds. Your baby isn’t just babbling. They’re practicing!

It never fails. After months of late night feedings and short bursts of sleep, your baby FINALLY begins sleeping through the night… only to begin waking again. What gives? What you’re experiencing is a sleep regression… a small setback in sleep continuity often associated with big breakthroughs in development. As your baby grows as a language user, for example, you may find that they discover 3am is a great time to practice all their new skills. This happy little guy, shared to TT by em_suttles, is a great example. He’s unlocked a cool new vocal trick (at 5 months) and he’s ready to put it to work. While it may not yet look like it, he’s on his way to spoken language. Even more pronounced regressions can coincide with major motor milestones. As your baby learns to sit, roll over, crawl and pull to a stand, their nighttime options in the crib become far more varied. And the temptation to practice them can be strong. The good news is that these sleep regressions are typically pretty short lived. So, bleary-eyed though you may be, do your best to celebrate them for what they are: markers of big steps forward in your child’s development.
