Asked to reflect on navigating a “hellish” public breakup, Perrie acknowledges that she receives criticism for answering questions about it, “[but] I’m like, ‘But it really affected me massively’”: “People are gonna hate me talking about it… I can’t catch a break. If I talk about this, they’re like: ‘Why are you talking about it?!’ But anyway, shut up! Yeah, [it’s my life]. When you go through heartbreak, it is hellish. You can’t eat, you can’t sleep, you feel horrendous. You don’t feel good enough and you feel like you’ve been left for something better, or whatever it is… Then what makes it even worse is, I feel like the world was then looking at me, laughing at me. I felt embarrassed; I felt horrified. I had serious breakdowns. I did. Because it wasn’t just the heartbreak I was dealing with. I was dealing with everybody looking at me, and I felt ridiculed. I just couldn’t cope with it; I hated it. I was breaking down in performances, which isn’t like me at all. I was crying constantly. I think I was depressed… I know that sounds ridiculous! But I think it was this plus this plus this, and everything on top. It was like, I had to be there for the girls; I had to be switched on; I had to power through for Little Mix – but I also just wanted to be left the fuck alone. But I also was getting followed every two seconds and asked about it 24/7, and it was the headlines, it was everywhere, and it was a lot! And this is the thing – when people are like, ‘Stop talking about it!’ I’m like, ‘But it really affected me massively’.”

【📢IGLive: อันโดรเมด้า ชุน 】 #จุงอาเชน #JoongArchen 🌞honestly i have no idea what the story (how to survive my CEO) is like or what the character is like but i’ve seen people on X talking about it like “we’re ready for… old dog” 🌞oh my… i’ve been the puppy all year long. people have seen me as a puppy ever since i was in my early twenties i just feel like… i’m 25 now right? i’m still not really ready to become an “old dog” yet. we haven’t even started filming yet and i’ve already been getting criticized. actually it’s not me who’s getting criticized. it’s the character. Patlom is getting criticized. people are calling him “an old snake” or saying he’s “an old snake preying on a younger person” and things like that… in the story though. and i haven’t really read the novel… not “haven’t read much” i haven’t read the novel at all. so i’m just confused so whenever people call me an “old dog” i’m just sitting there confused. but if everyone can separate the actor from the character then that’s great .. go ahead and criticize him. you can criticize Patlom all you want. idon’t even know how bad he is but go ahead and criticize him anyway 🌞so people actually feel better after criticizing someone? i think… i understand. i don’t want to understand but i do understand that nowadays people like criticizing each other. but anyway… if criticizing someone makes you feel better then go ahead. if you end up getting sued because of what you said then you’ll have a headache later. so … be careful. otherwise you’ll end up meeting a lawyer or something like that. right. criticize in moderation. just enough. i understand. let me stop there. i’ll just say this directly and simply. if i tell everyone “please don’t criticize people” it doesn’t really work anyway. i understand. people who want to criticize will criticize no matter what. no matter how well you do people will still criticize you. even me… just posting an igs… just posting a photo on ig… people still come and criticize me. sometimes i post a shirtless picture and people go “why are you taking your shirt off?” cause i wanted to! i went to the beach so of course i took my shirt off. when do people normally take their shirts off? at the beach right? if going to the beach then of course going to take the shirt off. well… you don’t have to if you don’t want to—that’s your choice. but i’m going to. just kidding just kidding. 🌞it’s nothing. i’m just talking and complaining for fun. i’m not being serious at all. really nothing i’ve said is serious. honestly if nobody bothers me i’m a really chill person. i’m not tense at all—not even a little. seriously people think i’m always so intense but in reality i’m not like that whatsoever. i’m super chill. extremely chill. people say i’m “fire” right? sure you can say i’m fire. but that doesn’t mean i’m on fire all the time. i don’t sit around yelling at people all day. i don’t spend all day criticizing people either. you know what i mean? when something bad happens to someone people always say things like “just let it go luk” or “don’t pay any attention to it” but … oho… i honestly believe that if you’ve never been in this position you wouldn’t understand. it’s so frustrating. it really makes your hands itch your fingers itch—you just want to do something. you really do. sometimes the things people say… they’re harsh. really harsh. they don’t hold back at all. and sometimes they hit right where it hurts. that sting…really stings. but there’s nothing can do. all can do is smile… then send it to the friends like “hey look at this. this is what people cursed me today” so … what do think? confusing isn’t it? it still hurts. it really does sting. but there’s nothing we can do. we’re people living under the spotlight. the spotlight is bright. lately though i’ve started getting used to it. i’ve become more relaxed. much more relaxed. i understand things like this a lot better now. everyone grows at a different pace you know?

This might be the best "AI Engineer" I've tried so far. I'm an old school developer who started 30 years ago. I feel very uncomfortable letting AI take control of my code, but for the sake of science, I spent two hours building an application that took me weeks to build a couple of years ago. I used Pythagora, a brand new tool backed by Y Combinator. They just released to the public. Keep in mind that I use AI every day to write code, but Pythagora is something different: it's a tool that leads, and uses you—the human—as the copilot. I go into more details in the video, but here is the TLDR; 1. Holy molly! We've made a ton of progress on this front! This is way better than Devin when I tested it a few months back. 2. Love the approach of generating a plan with sub-tasks before writing any code. 3. The tools never tries to do too much: it tackles every small task one at a time, and gives you instructions so you test everything. 4. It does exactly what you'd do when it gets stuck: writes a bunch of logs and uses those to correct itself. Pretty neat! 5. It's fast. It runs locally. It's an extension to Visual Studio Code. I'm impressed, but I don't think this tool is for me. I'm not the type of developer who's ready to relinquish control. I felt I had no connection with the code because I didn't write it. It was not my code. I know many people who don't care about this. I know many people who will get tremendous value out of Pythagora. I hope they keep pushing the limits, providing feedback, and helping this get to a point where old folks like me feel more comfortable using it. Don't take my word for it. The best thing you can do is to give it a try and see how you feel using it. Thanks to the team who built this, for all of the explanations and support, and especially, for sitting and listening to my dumb questions for 2 hours while I tested this.

Training to get drafted Day 3: One of the biggest things I’ve been working on lately is my pelvis rotation. I’ve talked about this in the past—how my pelvis wasn’t fully clearing and fully firing. For a long time, I thought the issue was that I just needed to rotate harder. What I started to realize, was that the real problem wasn’t my pelvis at all—it was my foot. Because my foot wasn’t firing, my hip wouldn’t fire correctly, and my knee would try to take over. My cue used to be, “Alright, slam the knee down to rotate the pelvis.” But what was actually happening was my foot would get stuck. It wouldn’t clear. It wouldn’t fire. When I started looking back at video from times when I threw harder, the difference became obvious. My entire foot had cleared and fired. That’s why one of the biggest things I’m working on right now is getting my foot through and fully rotated—firing the foot. Because if I’m able to fire my foot, and you actually feel this, you physically can’t keep your pelvis closed when your foot is in that position. Everything opens. One of my favorite cues for this is “get to my shoelaces.” This is something I got from Albertus, my partner. During the drive phase, all I’m thinking about is getting to my shoelaces. If I can get my foot into that position— I know my pelvis will clear. And if my pelvis clears, I’m going to create elite pelvis rotation. That’s one of my mechanical focuses right now. I’m posting every day until I get drafted. I’ll see you tomorrow.

calling indie bootstrapped founders on 𝕏 I'm launching a community 🚨 every week people DM me asking to help and mentor them on growth, pricing, product, distribution and 20 other things, and every week I leave most of them on read not because I don't care, because I can't answer all of it for hundreds of people one on one. there aren't enough hours in the week, and I hate that and the more DMs I got, the more I realised they were pointing at something bigger: building on your own is lonely 🥲 I've felt it across every product I've built. no team, sometimes no cofounder, and the people closest to you love you but don't really get why you'd put yourself through this you carry the 2am doubts alone, and the wins you can't explain to anyone at dinner founders like us don't need another course to sit through, we need other founders in the room - people who just get it, who you can learn from, argue with, and lean on when it's brutal so now I'm building that one room - TMAKER founders room ❤️ - regular AMAs with me where you bring a real growth, pricing, distribution or product problems and we work through it - shared sessions where the whole room goes deep on one founder's actual issue and helps them solve it - and a private slack room to stay close async, share the wins and the flops, and stop building in silence disclaimer: this is not individual coaching, I won't spend hours on call with you working on your product it's for founders who are building, not people chasing a silver bullet just serious makers who want a small, honest room to be themselves in and get real help from people at their level capped at 150 so it stays useful and never turns into noise join with the link below 👇 PS: first AMA is July 16th

260214 #KUN #WayV weibo live 🐻: Honestly, as far as I know, there’s really only one person editing content for our team right now. All the videos you see are actually edited by just one person. Before, there were two. But later, one of the editors left the company, so now there’s only one person left editing. To be honest, I really feel bad for them. There’s just too much piled up so much content waiting to be edited. I understand the pain of editing, I really do. Especially when things pile up like that, it’s really tough. I often bring this up to the company. I’ve told them, why not hire more people? I mean, if you keep doing this, isn’t it basically pushing the one remaining person to the limit? One day they’ll be completely exhausted, how are they supposed to keep editing like that, right? I really have raised this issue with the company. I don’t know about other teams, but for our team, there’s only one person left. When we were filming Summer Talk, at least back then there were a whole bunch of staff members. this situation is kind of complicated. I don’t even know how to explain it clearly to you. The content production team sometimes works as a shared team for everyone, and sometimes they split up to support each individual team. There are too many things I don’t understand right now, too many things where I don’t get why it has to be done this way. There’s no easy way to fix of this over. It’s just how it is. But we’ll keep trying, we’ll keep pushing for better conditions. OH GOD WORKING IN SM IS UNDER PRESSURE

🐰: But doing something like this together on one album… from your perspective, the fans could dislike it too. Because you guys are really successful already, and I’m older too, so I’m curious how you honestly feel about it personally. 🐈‍⬛: For me, I still think of Jay Park as… 🐰: No, answer honestly. 🐈‍⬛: I still think he’s an active artist 🐈‍⬛: Our fans still don’t know yet, but we’re going on music shows too. And honestly, not just anyone can do that anymore. 🐰: But some fans could still dislike it, like, ‘Why is he inserting himself between them?’ 🐈‍⬛: Are there really a lot of people like that? 🐰: There could be people like that. 🐕: Honestly, at first I was a little worried too. I thought people might say things about us working together. But the more we prepared, the cooler the picture became. I’m genuinely a Jay Park kid, he was my role model growing up. So just being able to work with someone like him already means a lot, and the things we’re preparing are things nobody else but us can do. So I really love it. 🐈‍⬛: That’s how it is. 🐘: Me too. I’ve listened to the CEO’s music since long ago, and now releasing a song together with him… it still doesn’t feel real. 🌰: I feel the same way. Honestly, I still can’t fully believe that I’m actually working together with the CEO like this. I joined MORE VISION seeing him almost on the level of Michael Jackson, so performing on stage together still feels unreal sometimes. I just keep trusting the CEO. I’m one of those people who thinks everything he says is right, so I give him my full loyalty.
