I get your point, but a massive 4 bed character property in a great location near open spaces and transport hubs with good sized living area and big open plan kitchen diner and a huge en suite, and a good sized south facing garden, in the middle of London is definitely "worth" 1M

It's mad. I was watching a couple who have renovated a house and they didn't say where but it gave East London vibes. They bought it for £500,000 did a reno on it and it's not worth £800,000.

This is genuinely the exact same layout as my brothers house in Liverpool He bought his just a couple years ago for 200k

You'll have a hard time finding anything in the whole London sprawl for less than ~280k usd for a studio. Bear in mind that this will not be in a prime location and that the sprawl is much bigger than what people think. Probably not a market to get involved in right now

I mean, you can't find cheaper places in London. I am buying in London for £280k on a 2 bed flat zone 4 not everybody wants to live in zone one or two
