I started to wonder what the fuck was wrong with him, but then he mentioned his personal chef(s). Ah. Right. Being specifically this kind of dick is his brand and meal ticket. To be clear, of course there are kids who are trying to figure out who they are. Duh - kids do that.

Professionals can help them with that. Why do people like Bill Maher want to get between pediatricians and kids? I get the $ thing, but I sometimes think there might be deeper issues for some of these people.
