Like millions in LA County, I also received a false evacuation warning from our emergency alert system during the recent fires. This was a massive failure during a statewide emergency. My LA congressional colleagues and I are working to ensure this doesn't happen again.

LA County just admitted they’ve LOST CONTROL of their emergency alert system You can even hear one going off in the room as the Emergency Management Director speaks MILLIONS of people are getting erroneous alerts telling them to evacuate, even if they’re 10+ miles from any fire or evacuation zone. These people are wildly incompetent.

In a test, 8 out of 9 clearly fake signatures were accepted by Clark County election officials. This is an 89% failure rate. Signature "verification" was a joke, and shows how flawed this security measure really is. This is how "secure" the Nevada 2020 election really was. A MASSIVE problem and pattern I am seeing is the people working our elections are clearly incompetent in doing their job, while others are complicit in fraud activities.

At the end of a recent Congressional hearing, Thomas Massie asked if I heard any false info during the hearing. I gave him a list of false claims made by the opposing witness, Dr. Pavia. Dr. Pavia then claimed I made false claims but could only give one example: that it was false of me to claim C19 vaccines were mandated for children. But it was Dr. Pavia who was again making a false claim because, as I responded, our firm struck down a C19 vaccine mandate for schools in California! Enjoy the video.
