If there’s one thing I’m good at, it’s sculpting out muscles. Grab some dumbbells and follow me for my version of a toned upper body.

Apparently lifting up a QB and slamming him to the ground is roughing the passer for any QB except for Russell Wilson..

I don’t like admitting it but the Smith Machine has helped me build a lot more Muscles in the Upper Chest than the Dumbbells have.

Loadable dumbbells are objectively the WORST dumbbells you can buy. They are slow to change. Too big when heavy. Require a ton of extra plates. Incredibly uncomfortable setting up for presses. Not too cheap. Good adjustable dumbbells (and there are many) are quick changing, have a wide amount of increments, go heavy, and feel like a normal dumbbell. No matter how cool loadable dumbbells look, I generally recommend avoiding them. I do love some super heavy Kroc rows with a loadable db clanking though.

I always flex and pose when I’m done lifting Will help with a variety of things Forces more blood into the muscles Better pumps Create striations (aka the feather look when you’re shredded) Better nutrient delivery from enhanced blood flow Provides additional isometric contraction to squeeze out more work from the muscle (If you’ve posed before for bodybuilding, you know how exhausting it can get) Plus… Who doesn’t like flexing with a pump for a confidence boost and get ya feeling good for the rest of the day

The Nigerian State is scared of being subjected to the Rule of Law and being accountable to its victims. The only time the Nigerian Police and Army are seen 'flexing muscles' is when people are demanding to be treated as citizens. - Dele Farotimi, Civil Rights Activist #MorningBrief #CTVTweets

Having a made up Hawaii vacation from Woody and the gang is a brilliant idea to cheer up Ken and Barbie. I would like to go for those activities well except for Shark week.
