Police reportedly say Lil Tjay's associate allegedly shot Offset after Tjay instigated a fight with the former Migos member. More details are coming out surrounding the shooting of Offset at Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Fla., on Monday night (April 6). According to a TMZ report published on Tuesday (April 7), a police affidavit obtained by the celebrity news site notes that things started after Tjay arrived in the valet area with his team and spotted Offset before directing "members of his party to start a fight" with Offset and crew. A brawl ensued, which Tjay reportedly recorded on his cell phone. In the process, someone with Tjay pulled out a firearm and shot Offset. The brawl went on until police arrived. Offset was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Tjay has since been arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Police are still trying to identify one or more people who could be involved in the incident. After being released from jail on Tuesday, Tjay called Offset a rat for telling the police that Tjay shot him. XXL has reached out to the Seminole Police Department and Lil Tjay's attorney for comment.
