Finally. Claude just merged Chat and Cowork into a single Home tab, and this is the one I've been wanting since Cowork launched. Before this, you had to pick a lane before you even opened a conversation: Chat if you just wanted to talk, Cowork if you needed Claude to read your files and get to work. Now it's one tab, and you just start typing. That's not even the best part of this update. You can now turn any conversation into a Skill, or schedule it to run on its own, every Monday at 9am, no touching it again. If you're on a Team account, it goes further: - Projects are now shared org-wide now. Including Cowork projects, which used to be stuck on one person's laptop. Client files, proposals, timelines, estimates, all in one shared workspace. Skills, connectors, and plugins share across the org too. Artifacts got real sharing. I decided to create a Netflix-quality TV show in my bedroom for TikTok. And after 25 million views & 250k new followers in just 2 months, I can now say it's working. The world of storytelling is changing. This is what this means for the future of social media stories 👇 A few months ago I decided to ignore all common wisdom & decided to approach social media completely differently. Instead of quantity, I was going to go for quality. Instead making dumb stuff, I was going to intellectually challenge them. I was going to make a Netflix-quality TV show from my bedroom: and now it's exploding. With only 9 videos posted, today not only it has 25 million views so far, it has thousands engaged dedicated fans. And the best part? I'm only 20% of the way done. Today, billions of dollars are being raised by companies to fill the internet with A.I. generated slop. On the human side, every day marketers are constantly trying to uncover the latest "viral trick" to trick audiences into watching their trash. But the success of these videos show that what people are yearning for high-quality, hand-crafted content that truly respects them. Content that dares to try to stand out not just through cheap tricks, but through beautiful & emotional stories. In the end, I look at short-form video as a cinematic medium like any other. And while viral tricks come and go, stories with substance are the only ones that become timeless. So as you start crafting your next video, truly ask yourself: will anyone remember this 5 minutes after they watch it? If they don't - you are probably focusing on the wrong things. If you read my post about finding the goodness in loss or hard moments I said I would share this video. My husband Doug has been at the top of this sport. He has won a state title, a NCAA title, the US Open, World Team trials, placed 5th at the world, and was an Olympian. Through all that he has experienced his fair share of losses and getting through them. Our son participated in his first HS state tournament and although he came up short taking home 2nd, Doug did not have a lack of words to share with other parents who have or will go through it from his new perspective of a parent of a HS athlete. So much goodness packed into this. I challenge every parent to watch it, especially those with kids in some sort of even/sport that they compete in. Doug not only talks about validating your child's feelings because of the work it took to get there, but he speaks to the things he as an athlete experienced just now from the perspective of a parent of a High School kid. By far this is one of his best talks and knowing how his heart hurt for his kid, while probably tuning back into some of his own losses made this even more relatable. I know one thing- I'm lucky that our kids, both our own and the ones that will be joining us at UNI eventually have someone like him under the tunnel in these moments. If you read my post about finding the goodness in loss or hard moments I said I would share this video. My husband Doug has been at the top of this sport. He has won a state title, a NCAA title, the US Open, World Team trials, placed 5th at the world, and was an Olympian. Through all that he has experienced his fair share of losses and getting through them. Our son participated in his first HS state tournament and although he came up short taking home 2nd, Doug did not have a lack of words to share with other parents who have or will go through it from his new perspective of a parent of a HS athlete. So much goodness packed into this. I challenge every parent to watch it, especially those with kids in some sort of even/sport that they compete in. Doug not only talks about validating your child's feelings because of the work it took to get there, but he speaks to the things he as an athlete experienced just now from the perspective of a parent of a High School kid. By far this is one of his best talks and knowing how his heart hurt for his kid, while probably tuning back into some of his own losses made this even more relatable. I know one thing- I'm lucky that our kids, both our own and the ones that will be joining us at UNI eventually have someone like him under the tunnel in these moments. There is no margin of error, Mr Kishor when you are indulging in a serious conversation post a historic election that has reduced an authoritarian government to its knees. 2) Your attempt to diminish Congress party’s impressive 23% aggregate vote-share in the 2024 elections has again got a luminous distortion. Again, it is elementary, Mr Watson. The rise in Congress vote-share by nearly 3-4% is staggering, because it fought in only 328 seats compared to 464 in 2014 where it got 19.4% vote-share. Why did you not tell that to BBC News? Why would you make such a brazen omission? 3) Your statement that Congress has a “ free vote-bank of 20% minorities votes” is so preposterous that it could qualify for the Oscars in Exaggerated Falsehoods. Muslims vote for regional parties too in bulk; the perfect case being UP and Bihar, among others. The Sikhs vote for different political parties including the BJP. Several Christians have voted for the BJP in Goa, Kerala and the North East. And the bulk of Jains probably vote for the BJP alone. Bottom-line: You lied. But why? There's been recent discussion on cloning methods and techniques, I figured I'd share mine, since I've done a clone or two at scale. Knowing what we all know about cloning different strains, and that they all root at different speeds, it's important to note that I grew 25 different strains in here. This was literally my job, I was their greenouse/mother genetics preservation/clone manager. X hostility has increased exponentially lately, so let's address it now. This post may hurt some people's feelings, may cause some anger and a little controversy(If that's you, search within), but I'm just relaying what I've found testing these things at scale, rather than going off of anecdotal instances and remembering what I did(or someone lese) with 10 clones in my 4x4 tent off the top of my head, like many do here. Whether you do these procedures, or not, or whether you have problems, or not -is entirely irrelevant to this post. That's not to say your results aren't real, just that you came to your conclusion unscientifically. This is about other cloning methods, best practices, and this is showing what I've done that works. This was also 4 years ago, and they profited millions that year with high quality flower, so save those comments as well, they're moot. I also no longer work for, or are affiliated with, this farm in any way. We ended our relationship in early 2022, and I wish them the best of success in the future, and they still exist today. They were given the rights to all media and promotional material I filmed and photographed during my 6 years living on the farm, and I likewise have permission and full rights to use whatever footage I recorded there. The only company I'm currently sponsored by, is HardyGro, and their products won't be discussed here. Now, let's get to it. Please be advised, if your ambient RH is below 50%, you will not be able to leave the domes off for long at all. Use a mister to recover them if they wilt on you, and adjust these following procedures accordingly: Use Root Riot or similar rooting medium, other peat based cheaper mediums work well, too, but I found these work the best. 1. Wipe out your domes. If this takes several times per day in a greenhouse of thousands of them, so be it-get it done. You essentially eliminate any fungal issues that may arise with 24/7 100% humidity stagnant air. Remember, the clones are also absorbing water through their stems. 2. Days 1-3, 3 times per day, take the domes off, and wave the plants with it(or place them near a fan for at least 30 seconds). This ensures a thorough air exchange, which also prevents fungal diseases, and proper N,o2 and co2. 3. Beginning days 3-4, remove your domes for several hours at a time. By day 7, remove the domes completely. 4. And this is important - allow the cubes(in this case) to dry down somewhat, they will root faster. 5. Cut your lights back, and never place them in direct sun, they can't handle it. 6. CloneX reigns supreme, period. I tested it against Foop Cloning Gel, Olivia's and Technaflora. Out of 500 clones to test each product, retention percentages were as follows: CloneX: 95+% Tech. : 80% Olivia's: 45% Foop: 0% success. The Fooped clones also grew an unidentified greenish/orange fungus at the base of every clone, and they were all culled. Again, these were my results, at scale, this isn't a debate on what's best or what's cheaper. Maybe two more videos, and I'm outside for the day, enjoy your Sunday.

What they don’t tell you when you get older is that you become more selfish, self-centred and less likely to match with someone. So people double down on the self. The Wall is mostly psychological. People focus on the biological aspect with women, but the independence mindset first (“focus on my career”, “I deserve”) is as much if not more a source of infertility than eggs count. If you want to find someone who you are going to build a life with, it is better to do it in your 20s than in your 30s because there is more emotional wiggle room to make space for a person. This goes for both men and women. The way men get it wrong, build yourself and women will come to find you. And you end up with mid 30s looking for clean-up man applicants. You are not as attractive as in your mid to late 20s. And you don’t have that much of a clue of about women, because you focused mainly on your business. So you make a perfect target, for yourself to have an identity collapse from the moment you discover that what you worked hard for all these years was to be a utility only covering for a wife whose only reason she is with you was because you were everything she would not have gone for in her prime. Wasted years, with high exit costs. The way women get it wrong is focus on your career to realise later on they are not gonna be CEOs, but most likely end up at some middle management position making above average income which they start getting tired of it, but in the process built standards and experience portfolio which will make what they would normally qualify for below to what they would feel satisfied with - that they end up resenting the person they are settling for if they find one- even though he would be in her lane. Not mentioning, she carries the baggages of aggregated dating failures during her fun time which is going to hinder her future relationship. And she has to go through dating guys who mostly want her for fucking only, when she does not confuse it with a guy who won’t deal with her rules (product of her being previously used) because he does not want to be seen as provider only. To make it worse, in ever more challenging economic conditions, being with someone to cover the costs of life makes more sense on a society level. However, everyone is becoming more economically fragile. Not only the revenue per head decreased from the doubling of the labour supply, but now it actually creates a double whammy effect, as this creates more distance between the genders stuck in an attrition war that they end up even more emotionally atomised and financially precarious overall. Yet everyone feels the best way to survive is making it on their own. When the people who hold the most power influence and money did it mostly through networks and support systems. It is normie self-sabotage on a massive scale sponsored by normies through social media, so it is even more persuasive. Why need propaganda machines when you can condition the lowest common denominator of people and do the advertisement for you reaching through simpleton messaging. For a pendulum swing to happen few “we thought we knew better but actually did not” generations need to be wasted into irrelevance from adopting these now mainstream narratives (“40 is the new 20”, “why the rush?”) for other generations to change the trend. This is not to say that there are some people who are happy the way things are, but generally speaking, the feeling of belonging happens when you share your life with someone else. And one upping through “I don’t need man/woman” on the public sphere is cutting your nose to spite your face, as a pyrrhic victory to hide the private failure being felt behind closed doors.
