This is horrifying. If the jury finds Lindsay Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity she will be released from the mental institution and be free amongst the general public in less than 5 years. I do not have hope that a jury made up of majority women will do the right thing.

This is for the fools claiming that Lindsay Clancy has admitted guilt Here is the judge telling the jury that it is up to them to determine if Lindsay is guilty at all… so many piled on me when I shared the video of her clearly saying not guilty to every charge in the post inditement charges. (See below) So ask yourself why those right wing influencers would be deliberately lying to you and calling people crazy for thinking that it could be the husband when its a real possibility that they come back with a not guilty verdict?!? Prediction time, because I’m not afraid to shoot my shot. I predict the jury will find Lindsay Clancy insane (not criminally responsible). There is also a possibility of a hung jury and a mistrial, but if that happens, the vote will be significantly in favor of the defense with only a few prosecution holdouts. My prediction is based on the law in Massachusetts, which requires to prosecution to prove a defendant is criminally responsible (sane) beyond a reasonable doubt. That’s a high burden and different than many states and federal law that put the burden on the defense to prove insanity by a preponderance or clear and convincing evidence. The defense presented enough evidence to satisfy both prongs of the insanity test: (1) not knowing right from wrong (thinking her kids would be safe), and (2) not being able to control her actions (male voice commanding her). Either is sufficient for insanity under the Model Penal Code, and the defense has raised reasonable doubt for both. 9 out of 12 female jurors is a good ratio for the defense too. The reality is that Clancy has more support among women. I spoke to Fox News about the possible jury verdicts. Spoiler alert: Lindsay being found not guilty and Patrick being prosecuted is not one of them. If you really believe that Patrick did it, then you may be insane.
