Lindy we're in the middle of a kidnapping 😭

So basically the mom lost custody or they granted the father joint custody and she tried to avoid being served and leave on an airplane, she’s lucky she didn’t get a kidnapping charge herself.

We are unstoppable.

The mom might have been trying to leave the state against family courts ruling This always gets messy, but the officers have to follow the ruling from family court. Dealt with this all the time in NYS as law enforcement

She knew about it you cannot flee the state or the country it is kidnapping if he is trying to get custody even if it's your custody you guys go through with the court she knew she was trying to get the f*** out of there

She said it herself, her husband went to court to attempt to get full custody, she’s apparently trying to leave the state, which looks to the court as your attempting to flee the state with your child. So legally SHES IN THE WRONG..

They would be catching hands if they tried to take my daughter away from me, court order or not.

She seems like one of those shitty moms that keeps the child from the dad because she doesn’t get along with him…… There is no reason she should keep the child away from him (unless he’s abusive)
