$ASTS | Scott Wisniewski at JP Morgan conference, May 18, 2026 Transcript - part 1 Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Sebastiano Petty, and I cover the telecom, cable, and satellite space here at J.P. Morgan. I'd like to welcome Scott Wisniewski, President and Chief Strategy Offer of ASTS Space Mobile. Scott, thanks for joining us. Thank you for having me. You're good. You're live. Can you hear me? All right. Thank you for having me. Great. So, Scott, just to start, let's zoom out. As you sit here in mid-2026, with Bluebirds launching, commercial service activation approaching, and the government pipeline accelerating, where are you spending most of your time as President and Chief Strategy Officer? And more broadly, what are your two to three highest priority objectives over the next 18 months as you transition from what has primarily been an R&D and manufacturing story into a scaled revenue-generating operating company? Thank you. And for those who don't know us that well, we were founded about a decade ago around the direct-to-device opportunity. That's what we do. That's our entire strategy. It's from space, of course, and we build our own satellites, and we'll be operating them and selling capacity on them. But at its core, we are a direct-to-device pure play. And over the years, I met our founder in January 2019, but over the years, telling our equity story, people always asked three questions. Does it work? Can you fund it? And how big will the market be, or will there be a market? And that's our traditional private company questions that we still got even as a public company for a while, and we really retired those risks in 2023, 2024, and 2025. And so this year, yeah, you're exactly right. Traditional growth stuff, scaling stuff is where we are. And for us, if I were to say two simple things, one is network deployment. The vast majority of the folks in the company are focused on exactly that, network deployment now for revenue in 2026 and 2027 and beyond. And then the second one is, I think, building the market out in the right way. This is a brand new service. It's a service that is at the very heart of connectivity. Remember, we all know the trends in connectivity. When I started my career in connectivity, there was a question, bubble, what inning are we in? When is the expansion going to end? And then, of course, AI comes along, and there's always something every couple of years. So for us, we're at the heart of connectivity. We can do coverage better than any terrestrial footprint by its very nature. And making connectivity work for our partners, the mobile network operators, and ultimately for the consumer mass market among other markets, is our focus. So building out that market is our second priority. Great. And let's address the news from last week. AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile announced a proposed joint venture to extend mobile connectivity using satellite-based D2D technologies. You guys put out a statement commending the announcement. Unpack this for us. What does this mean for ASTS in practice? Does it change your commercial positioning with the carriers? Does it accelerate or maybe even complicate your path to service? So we really value the carrier relationship. We've organized the business, the technology, the go-to-market strategy. Everything we do, really, is about making connectivity better for the mobile network operators. And so you see that in where we've prioritized the company over the years. You see that in how we've built out the tech. And even the network stack is organized with the RAN on the ground, so the operators control it. So that's really been our focus. We share their spectrum, although we also have our own spectrum now. And that's always been the approach. Part1, 1 (of 2)

Jean Segura opens up about his fight with Dee Gordon in Seattle; (Translated and written by Master Flip) The biggest issue I ever had in a clubhouse happened in Seattle with Dee Gordon. Dee and I actually got along great at first. He was playing center field after being traded to the Mariners. Robinson Canó was at second, I was at shortstop, and Kyle Seager was at third. We had a solid rapport. Dee would lend me his car, I’d lend him mine. I’d even bring him oxtail or chicken stew. You know how it is with us Latinos, sharing food is our way of showing respect and building bonds with the guys you click with. Our lineup was strong. Dee was hitting leadoff, I was second, Canó third, then Cruz, Seager, we had a good lineup. Then the Canó suspension hit, and Dee moved back to second base. When Canó returned, Dee went back to the outfield. He started struggling out there, dropping balls and they began pulling him for a defensive sub after the seventh inning. He’d bat in the seventh, then Heredia, a Cuban lefty, would come in to replace him defensively. One game, he came into the dugout fuming, slamming things and yelling, “Why put me in the game if they’re just gonna take me out?” Manny Acta was there as a coach and pulled me aside and said, “Leave him alone don’t say a word.” But we were all frustrated. We were grinding out there too, giving everything. After the game, which we won, he showered, got dressed, and didn’t even come out to join the line for handshakes and congratulations like everyone else does after a win. That’s when things escalated. It started in the position players group chat going back and forth, getting disrespectful. Then it turned into direct messages between just us two. We were going at it hard. The next day at the stadium, he cleared the media out. He said, “Media out!” As soon as they left, he looked at me and said, “You got something to say to me?” Then he swung. We started brawling right there in the clubhouse. I didn’t even get a shot off. Mike Zunino, the catcher grabbed me from behind. People might remember the column that came out later suggesting I had an issue with Zunino, but he was just trying to break it up. I basically flung him off because I wanted to get at Dee. It was a total mismatch anyway me versus Zunino. Then Canó and the other guys jumped in, holding me back, telling me to relax and calm down. In the end, Dee apologized. He said he was going through a really tough time and asked me to forgive him. We moved past it on the surface, and everything was fine, but the relationship was never the same. The trust was broken. 🎥 Abriendo Sports

Probably the proudest day ever today to see what the team Happy Doggo have been working on and rolling out in stages. Apologies for the voice but I had to get out of my sick bed to come and see this… 🐕 The start of our government partnerships sterilizing dogs at scale. All around Samui for the next 3 weeks and the moving to rural Thailand. ✂️ I can explain the amount of planning that goes into this for training staff, licenses, permits and general logistics and safety planning etc. 🇹🇭 What I especially love is that apart from me it was 100% Thai staff and Thai community there today. This is how we will fix the problem. Locals bringing their dogs in. 🎯 The dog catching and darting team are my heroes. Getting those dogs in is exceptionally hard. 💵 There is absolutely no cost for the community. Many of these people are low income community who just can’t afford the care. Having their dogs sterilized is a game changer. For those who support us this is what we can do. 100s of puppies stopped today. People who follow us Happy Doggo love the rescues and the retirement village and the food and the makeovers where dogs have comebacks. But this today is why we really do it. These mobile units will go on to save 1000s of lives this year working on a daily basis in rural Thailand. I’ll make sure even if we start on a local basis like this soon you’ll see this all over Thailand and the world. The dogs need this ❤️

So this is crazy. I’ve noticed a Halloween festival is slowly going viral on social media for their CRAZY and AGGRESSIVE security protocol. Scream-a-Geddon in Dade City Florida. One of my close friends, Kenneth, JUST reached out to me, and he ALSO had a crazy experience. Friday night Kenneth paid $428 for him and his girlfriend to enter the park on Saturday and enjoy their attractions. He entered the park on Saturday with his girlfriend after paying an additional $25 to park. After exiting only his SECOND attraction, Kenneth was confronted by an aggressive team of security guards and told to leave the park immediately. Kenneth was confused and asked, ‘why?’ They accused him of throwing a beer can at somebody. Here’s the kicker. KENNETH DOESN’T DRINK. 😂 Believe me, I’ve roasted him mercilessly about it over pub lunches and cookouts. So Kenneth is obviously confused and tries to explain that he doesn’t even drink. ONE OF THE SECURITY GUARDS FROM SCREAM-A-GEDDON PUT A TAZER TO KENNETH’S HEAD AND FORCED HIM AND HIS GF ALL THE WAY TO HIS TRUCK IN THE PARKING LOT. (I’m hearing the security guard’s name is Adam, he is head of security) Temu John Wick. 🙄 Kenneth asked to speak to a manager and was told he could come the next day and do so. And he did. THE SAME SECURITY GUARD THAT PUT A TAZER TO HIS HEAD CAME OUT AND STARTED WAVING HIS TAZER AGAIN! (See video) Scream-a-Geddon has a developing PR nightmare on their hands and likely several lawsuits. Kenneth is a very well known and successful contractor in Florida. Notably known for helping hurricane victims. Everybody knows him and will tell you the same thing, he’s the most professional soft-spoken person in every room. See replies for some corroborating posts and Yelp reviews. These security guards are a HUGE liability.

Here is a look at the progression of severe thunderstorms across Alabama tonight (RRFS) Here are the key messages... *The line of storms will enter the northwest corner of the state around 9-10 p.m... and will move out of the southeast corner around 6-7 a.m. tomorrow. *Damaging winds are likely along the line. In some cases wind gusts could exceed 70 mph. Expect significant, potentially widespread power outages. *A few isolated tornadoes are possible within the line. After 3:00 a.m... high resolution models suggest supercell storms will form across Southeast Alabama with a much higher tornado potential. A strong tornado or two (EF-2 or higher) will be possible from 3-6 a.m. *Tonight most likely I will advise you to treat a severe thunderstorm like a tornado warning. Be in a position to hear warnings, and have a plan. Helmets for everyone; if a tree comes crashing down through your house, this could save your life. *I would not want to be in a mobile home when this line comes through. Know the location of the nearest shelter and how to get there quickly. Have transportation arranged. *Much colder air will follow the storms, and snow flurries/snow showers are likely over the northern half of the state tomorrow. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 30s and we expect no impact. *A freeze is likely pretty much statewide Tuesday morning with lows mostly in the 20s. Another freeze is likely early Wednesday morning over the northern half of the state. *Get the Alabama Weather Network app on your TV, phone, and tablet so you can watch our live coverage tonight; we have the entire state covered with a large team of meteorologists in the studio and in the field with dash cams and drones. Follow AWN on YouTube; you can watch there as well on their channel. Stay tuned for updates throughout the day.

2021: Media for MrBeast 2023: Media for Alex and Leila Hormozi 2025: Media for Adam Guild I’ve joined Owner as VP of Media and Chief of Staff to the CEO, Adam Guild Across my career, I’ve always wanted to worked with people who are obsessed with winning... ... and will go to unreasonable lengths to do so. Adam is one of those people, and is simultaneously one of the warmest and most uplifting leaders I’ve ever met. The kids call this type of person "cracked." Adam is 100% a cracked founder. He got his start in entrepreneurship at 16 when he dropped out of high school to run one of the world’s leading Minecraft servers. He applied those early online marketing skills to help save his mom’s dog grooming business. That eventually evolved into Owner, which is well on its way to becoming a generational business. Owner is an AI platform that helps small businesses get more traffic, sales, and repeat customers. We’re starting with independent restaurants, but we will someday be the go-to solution for small businesses to win online around the world. I joined this mission because we have a world class product with an insanely ambitious TAM. I also joined this mission because of my dad. After my pops came to the States from Singapore, he built a small law practice and grinded at it for over 4 decades. He took calls on vacations (& eventually gave up on vacationing all together lol), did whatever it took 7 days a week to provide. & he carried that weight alone. Owner exists so small business owners like my dad don't have to. I’ll be working with Adam to lead the company and grow our brand to help: 1) More customers discover and grow with Owner 2) More world class talent find & join this movement Super grateful for the opportunity ahead, and also for everyone who has taken a bet on me and supported me along the way. Working with MrBeast taught me to shoot for the moon. Working with the Hormozis taught me how to operate with excellence. At Owner, I get to apply everything I’ve learned to a product that will change lives around the world at scale. LFG Adam, it’s time to build. 🚨 horrible conditions of more than 6.000 Sudanese refugees in Kumar, Ethiopia 🇪🇹 ( This morning we woke up to several phone calls on our WhatsApp hotline as usual. But this time it is a number with the country code of Ethiopia. One goes into the guess: what would someone from Ethiopia want from Refugees in Libya? But let’s answer the call! We picked up the call and someone started the conversation in an Arabic tone: “Are you David Yambio?” “Yes, I am” i told him. He goes on to introduce himself and says that they are dying and they need help. But in the meanwhile he asks “will you allow me to turn on my camera to broadcast the situation?” I tell him to wait while I ask immediately another comrade to start filming, because I don’t know what he will show me on a video call or if we will ever get in touch with him or who knows if that is the last drop of his battery 🪫. We dive into the topic, as I ask curious questions about everything possible to foster my understanding of the situation. But the bandwidth is low. I can’t see clearly what is happening, but I see throngs of people and his voice comes in and out. I tell him to rather record a short video of the circumstance and then tell me all details in a voice message via WhatsApp because that is easier in such situations. The network is still dropping and I am so lost, that I haven’t convened the right message and at the same time I wonder if I raised his expectations for a rescue by asking him to record a short video. The call ends and I immediately sent him a voice message, explaining in details what I need to know: the location, what is happening, when did they leave Sudan and who is there helping on the ground, the UNHCR? The government? Charity organisations? I ask for anything that could help us understand the situation and who to target. It is more that two minutes that the message has been delivered, but in my WhatsApp status it indicates that he hasn’t seen the message yet. I am lost and mad because I couldn’t help, I wondered if I will ever hear from him again and if not, what will happen to the thousands of people that I saw in that video call? I went out to get some fruits for breakfast but every minute I check my phone as messages pop up but none is from that stranger from Ethiopia. in between, I receive two calls from Libya but I tell them that I will call them in a few minutes, because in my head I am hoping that the person stuck in a desperate situation in Ethiopia will call and he would find the line busy? I did the shopping and immediately went home, but I can’t sit or start my breakfast as I move up and down in my room. I ask my comrade “what if the person doesn’t call back? How do we reach him? What do they want from Refugees in Libya? What if they send us the video we requested for, what will we do with it?” “We can ring an alarm 🚨?” I asked while feeling disappointed. A few more minutes passed and messages started to pop in: desperate faces, many more hundreds in one picture, signposts and banners about the situation at Kumar camp in Ethiopia ( In the pictures are persons wearing jackets with the UNHCR logo and I immediately tell myself that at least they will be helped. I insist for a video, because for me it would be easier to understand what is happening. He tells me, “be patient because our network is slow and the video is loading”. Finally after 6 minutes, the video arrives and I am shocked. But what do I tell him: a “thank you”? “I will do something about your situation?” “I will report about it?” I found out that in my head was this tag of war between choices and approaches to such miserable conditions. 1/3

🇷🇺⚰️☠️ "I saw people being 'annulled' (killed) right before my eyes, I saw our own people killing them. They promised me they would kill me too, they aimed weapons at me.... 🔹 Russian serviceman Nikita Nekrasov (born 12.08.2005) spoke about the catastrophic illegality in his unit and the Russian armed forces. He stated that he will appeal to the military prosecutor's office and wants to testify about the events he witnessed, as well as what happened to him personally. The soldier notes that he was stationed in the Vovchansk direction—— 🔹 Nikita claims that during his mandatory military service he was forced to sign a contract, although the document is not signed by his own hand; he demands a review of the documentation and states that the signature is forged. He also noted that the unit does not pay any monetary compensation, does not pay for injuries, and does not send soldiers to the hospital. 🔹 According to the Russian soldier, he witnessed the murder of his own friend: the soldier was shot in front of him after he called the parents of the deceased to inform them about their children's deaths. 📌 "The commander, a colonel, shot him in the head and said there would be no compensation payment and they do not intend to pay." 🔹 Nekrasov noted that they were forced to step on anti-personnel mines and forced to perform actions he perceived as a death sentence. He also noted that soldiers were stripped of their belongings and only left with their phones and passports. Nikita claims that he saw soldiers being killed by their own comrades. Out of fear for his life, he decided to escape from the military unit - "People from my unit can come at any time, take me away and just 'annul' me. I am afraid to return to my unit because of this whole situation."
