That is definitely on my list, the feature with all of its interactions with existing features was just getting huge so I decided to split it into phases which backpacks are the first one.

when the backpack is linked it transfers all of that including settings (memorized slots, ...) to the linked storage. At least that's how it is supposed to work / worked in dev but if you see any issues there let me know.

Thrilled to share a milestone from the Webbie Social family! Today we wrapped up our “Backpacks for Kids” charity event and handed out over 300 backpacks filled with school supplies to kids in need. It was a fantastic day with free haircuts, face painting, and activities to help them start the school year right. This is a perfect example of how the power of both digital and traditional communities coming together can create something amazing. And this is just the beginning, stay tuned for more initiatives like this in the future.

This woman s boyfriend is under contract with Costco to sell his new brand of coffee. While they are there she observes some asset protection workers profiling customers. She describes that they follow and watch the people who have bags or backpacks because those are the people who are likely to steal alcohol and or clothes. So parents with diaper bags or people with backpacks were being watched whether it’s fairly or not, she even saw people steal wine by putting it in their kid’s totes. Now that we know what they look for, wouldn’t it be best to not bring these items into the store?

It signals to the employees that the items need to be removed from the shelves and liquidated or returned to the vendor, however there are people that actively search for these items and buy them up, sometimes it’s ok but often the employees get defensive. If you ring up an item and it comes up at a penny and you buy it, shouldn’t they honor it?
