ok, yes, this is slick and all, but how's it after a week of use? a month? how often are you actively changing your wallpaper? looks like a ton of overhead, but it just oozes that "great for lan parties or riced desktop threads" but not for everyday use energy.

man I've been waning to go FULL FORCE Linux for over a decade now been running it as VM mostly due to windows compatibility and drivers for hardware lags slightly... how far has it REALLY come? Back in the day... messing up the GPU display would brick the Linux OS as i did not know how to recover... today slightly different BUT the hardware I run is not so easy... 2x GPU to 6x GPU configs with 6 monitors... how well would Linux handle this? has it really improved that much...
