@twtayaan I never understood why majority of new linux users don't know Gentoo is from 1999, Greg Kroah H. second man after Linus Torvalds, was a Gentoo Kernel Developer. Gentoo Linux started almost at the same time with Debian and RedHat.

Before moving to Mac I was FreeBSD / KDE daily driver and had multi day builds to update kernel and userland on some jacky old 386 or 486 pc. Mac was a breath of fresh air.
