Your guys customer support needs help. I made an order yesterday for the 4tb model. My iPhone updated to iOS 26 and glitched the shipping address and imputed my old address. I reached out to your ai chat support within 5 minutes of ordering to get the address changed or cancel the order still have not heard back from anyone.

On the appstore, can you include a disable update, if an app updates is disabled then we can still use the update all button, bec i dont want to update my bitcoin app with everything else. Then on the bitcoin app in the store, give us the option to install a specific version

I have a docker style setup which does all this stuff but isn't nearly as neatly integrated. This is likely the future for home networked software.
