I get it's an example but only works well on headlines. i.e. on "Step closer." Use it everywhere else if you want to text ignored.

Could probably be refined for body copy if needed. But yeah, not every effect fits every case.

Haven't yet seen one scroll-driven text reveal example where it ever works. Text just get ignored. The best approach is set a trigger point for the text animation and let it play without letting the user interfere or control it.
