I miss him everyday

My father was correct in everything he ever told me, warned me about, or suggested what I should do. I am thankful to God that I got to tell him that he was correct about everything before he passed away.

I love you, dad.

Yeah why does that happen? Hm, such a mystery. Perhaps it’s because the entire education system is a foreign controlled brainwashing machine.

@odiegarfield77 Fortunate to have my dad till I was 55, still miss his strength n wisdom, he was a calm in a storm during a tough time in my life

I miss my father’s advice deeply. And yet I’m grateful for what I’ve become through his upbringing and for what I know because of him

No dad, but luckily my foundation of being a man was based on the bedrock love and the examples of leadership shown by my Grandpa and Uncle Jim. I am the better man I am today because of them.

My son was like this. As he passed into adulthood, we forged bonds so close that nobody else could possibly understand let alone experience. Yesterday I buried him after he took his own life, and now I'm the most empty human you'll ever not know. The dad inside me died, too.

Listen to your Dad. Dads speak from experience and knowledge he learned from being alive in this world.

Sometimes dad is a moron 😬🤷🏻♂️

🇮🇪I have a 22 year old who definitely thinks this 🤦🏻♂️ The 25 and 27 year olds are still somewhere between 22 & 24 in their thinking about me‼️ Maybe my silence will help them realise someday, I only ever had their best interests at heart 🤷🏽♂️💜

Folks without Dads in their lives be like…

❤️❤️❤️

Fear gripped me at that 50years old... Honestly I don't want to imagine loosing him or ma one day

I think I have a lot to ask him but I can't

My Dad would say , " It's what you learn after you everything that counts".

This is spot on. It tuck my son twenty five years to say “Pop, you’re my best friend “

This is just how evolution keeps us from fucking our own relatives and making weird babies.

My dad was a center line Democrat when I was 7yrs old. He was a great dad. I’m 50 now and he’s a raving lunatic far left liberal. I’m going to leave you with what he might have said to me when I was 7yrs old. You made your bed kid, now sleep in it. God bless him, but nope.

The passage experience of humans. It get's almost all of us. A hand of clock that cannot be turned back, a pain & regret we must make space for in our lives. Is a passage that knows no bounds, it takes everything in it's part hostage & our only consolation is I was young & stupid

"When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years!". Mark Twain

How many kids even have Dad's these days?

You're blessed if you have/had a dad like this. My dad kept everything to himself and shared nothing 😑

Great post!! Miss you dad.

I was waiting for 60 and 65. Never knew how difficult boys and men who lose fathers at any age have had to deal with life. Much respect to all in this path. Peace

Driving M-10 in Detroit in the video

And our Dad's went thru it too

So true... This guy nails it. 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸💓🇺🇸🇺🇸👍

Great piece. 💯. May ALLAH bless our parents. They were right all times .

Yeah, sure... listen to some alcoholic POS that abandoned me and has always been an enormous POS to me for my entire life. Okay. So tired of shit like this that assumes we all grew up in some cookie cutter, leave it to Beaver, idyllic world...

Southbound on the Southfield Freeway, Detroit?

This is a golden video. Lemme call my old man cos boyyyyyy.

He taught me not to trust, especially him. Not all dads are all that.
