Honestly not impressed. We had one that sounded identical to infernix. You can 100% tell it’s not a human and the lack of emotion is still missing by a landslide. If I had to talk to this thing I would hang up.

What will ultimately matter: Are booking rates better? Membership conversions? CSAT scores?

Stop wasting time following up with leads. Let our AI agents do it for you.

People in the comments section don’t realize that the “robotty” voice and speech delay will eventually go away entirely. My guess in the next 2 years. You’re ahead of the curve adopting this stuff, training it now, and having your team work alongside it.

I’m not sure how this is acceptable when a call is so expensive from a marketing perspective - the delay alone will lead to so many people hanging up. Are you planning to roll it out?

Its handling after-hour support and overflow. Outperforms our global team / prior overflow 3rd party partners. This is week 6 of training. Giant leaps forward in this time. In another 6 weeks - it’ll be even better. Not sure which delays you are talking about. I actually was impressed with how the AI was silent and not interrupting whole customer was answering the door.

This is awesome. I’ve heard better agents that don’t sound as robotic, but this was a difficult call and was handled well. The AI agents will undoubtedly become unrecognizable soon. My guess is AI will take 90% of our inbound calls by the end of next year, if not sooner.

CSAT has gotta be the number one priority here. You can hear her tone change after she asks if it’s a human or a machine (hilarious by the way). My observation is there’s a lotta fluff you can do without. If the agents are more pointed it will exponentially help CSAT.

The big questions; Do you start off by telling them It’s an AI agent? Do you give them an option to hit a button and speak to a real person but there might be a wait? Is this AI solely trained on setting up appointments or does it have more broad access to information like the voice chat with ChatGPT? I.e. Can it answer if someone asked it who won the World Series in 1983? The agent did great when saying we need to know the age of your home it actually explained why as well. There needs to be a way for you to make ongoing custom improvements to these types of questions and you should have someone focused on training the AI for the first year based on listening to the phone calls. For instance, you could train it a bit more if someone presses about why you need to know the age of a home say “the type of piping can differ widely from homes over the past century.”
