The truth is they don’t care. Feeding into the narrative that Africa is one big village is what sells for them. Hence, the stupid ass “De blek penta…wakanda forever” accent What’s worse is it is reinforced by our own. Eg. Michael Blackson

Bravo! Well said. Same they first used animal skin to portray our dress style, then, they moved to Senegalese as "African" fashion, now it's Aso Oke or Ishi Agu. They don't bother going on proper researches to understand Africa & Africans. I think it's us, who are to change it.
