if you are fighting someone stronger than you then unless you have training, you are likely getting overpowered before you can do anything, getting close to attack them goes for both sides a small self-defense knife, aiming anywhere in the chest and running away is far safer

My martial arts teacher taught me these same things years ago. But... He also added, "But if you can get away, do that first!" Something could go wrong and backfire. These should be used only if you are trapped.
