@SoulProvocateur They are doing it across the country. Two of my elderly black patients lost their homes this way. Seems like the banks and courts are colluding with these thieves. One lady said the judge told her she could get her home back but it would be a lengthy process!

@SoulProvocateur This also happen w Quick claim deeds scams. Most County Clerk Office in USA offers free service that provides automated email notifications when a document is recorded in your name, and you can specify a property. Check with your local Country Clerk Office and register.
