His premise is flawed because he’s thinking about multiplication as an action, rather than as the number of instances of some number. If you have 1 instance of 1, you have 1. If you have 2 instances of 2, you have 4.

If you believe what he is saying, you’re a moron and don’t understand the basic maths.

This is why it's important to learn the logic behind math. He's thinking of multiply the language defenition's logic. In math, 1x1 means 1 group of 1. In language, multiply means to icrease. Math logic ≠ language logic

And the media and the public called him crazy. No, he’s not crazy … he’s awakened.

😂 this guy is using the wrong terminology. One times one is not multiplying one. It is a multiple of one.

I get his reasoning but he's wrong.

Why guess when you can know?

A rule in arithmetic is: Anything multiplied by 1 is itself. That rule states we aren’t actually multiplying.

Multiply means to make more... what an idiot. So what is 1 x 0.5. It's not more than 1.🥴

Its like if he's right he's right, but if he's wrong he could have been right, so he's still right cause he could have been wrong

Multiplication is group addition. The "times" really means "groups of". Example 1 x 1= should read "one group of one equals....? Or 1 x 0= should read one group of zero equals? His thinking is flawed unfortunately. I like the guy and definitely think he's smart. This is simple tho
