Yesterday one of my patients was talking about putin invading Ukraine and how it's a sovereign nation etc. I'm like I don't even know where to start 🙈😒 so I just stayed quiet. And they get so emotional it's so insane

It's CRAZY how emotional they get. It's so bizarre being on the outside of media programming looking in. These people have zero independent thoughts. Absolutely zero.

That's what happened I tried to point out a few things and she couldn't even handle the suggestions. It shows me there is honestly no hope for people really understanding what's happening. Also if we are presented with truth will we even believe it

No one seems to be putting anything on Facebook yet. Not many friends use X. I’m more vocal on X. I used to put stuff on Facebook all the time but my kids weren’t happy so I had to stop! I don’t know anyone locally who seems to be awake theirs no one in my family,I could scream!

Welcome to the club. I’ve been in this for about 15 years now it’s been so hard to be so isolated. You can’t talk to anyone. Everyone thinks you’re absolutely stuck raving mad. Now everyone’s starting to find out I wish I had not been shunned for so long. It’s heartbreaking.

It just takes any of U.S. to subtly get through to one person at a time to make a difference going forward. That’s all. Present them with mild talking points and watch them think things through. At least for the ones that still think for themselves.
