Question is, would there have been major repercussions? Yes likely for the secret investigation she carried out without informing them, but It looked pretty much (I assume) like she was about to speak to yoda in confidence, in sensing his presence on Brandok ?

There are so many ways they could make a 2nd season cheaper. I think it’s clear that a majority of the audience is more interested in the drama of the story than huge action (aside from lightsaber sequences). Vern/Qimir…Qimir/Osha…Vern/The Senate…Mae. We need.
