At this stage, what's the difference with an helicopter? It's just that you can carry only one man inside because you replace one thermal rotor by 8 electrical one...

Yes, of course I'd do it. But the noise...That's why @elonmusk said this would never be for everyone. Among other things, he mentioned the noise. For instance imagine 100's of people in the morning firing up their drones for work.
