I feel this and lived it... The first 25 years of my life in CA was this way, every year non stop. CA is crazy and now CARB wants to add .65 per gallon... And yay we also voted in a new tax increase...

I feel for her. She is really doing her best in the right way. I wish things get better for her. I wish the new government will make it better for everyone trying hard to live a normal peaceable life.
