One thing I’ve learned in animal rescue: if a stray cat starts clinging to you like a life raft, trying to break into your home, being incredibly affectionate and talkative, there’s a pretty decent chance that cat is pregnant and is looking for a safe place to have her babies

This cat is nearly identical to the stray cat my aunt took in with the same looking babies too! 🥺

@carowine_ Makes me happy when pregnant strays find good homes like this. My cat came from a pregnant stray that wandered through the doggy door of my step dad’s house and deemed the coat closet a safe enough delivery room

Awww when my cat had her babies, she wanted to give birth in my bed, beneath my comforter and between my legs, I ended up making her own space using a low but large box, and she would meow constantly if I didn't massage her belly. I love her so much.
