Dorgu's work rate in a match is almost 10 times that of Rashford. Rashford is useless against a low and mid block sides. He could be useful for counter attacking situations and maybe last 20-25 minutes of the game

Dorgu has work rate more than Rasford, he can track back to press, tackle & defend his position but in the final third he has a lot to learn in timing his run, low crossing at the right time & don't be in a rush to shoot the ball. Rashford has really improved in the final third
