Yep observed in S26 Ultra beta too, they have to change this soon atleast on One UI 9.5

Not only that, they still use static blur on many of their UI elements, leading to glitches when they forget to update it for certain transitions.

Not sure what was expected? There was only leaks that mentioned having an option to modify the blur. Tho you can remove the blur entirely from widgets with good lock currently.
