Ya know, I went only once to Jazz Fest, 1977. The days before all that hoopla! Just me and cash. The weed, booze, and port a potties were all we needed. I don’t recognize this craziness and never returned. ✌️

I was there last weekend. Trying to get to my cousins spot she set up to see Wayne. People are absolute pricks about letting you through. They just stop on the walkways the venue set up and act like they own it.

This is why jazz fest sucks now. Too much $, too many entitled folks that think setting down a tarp means this is “their space”

I live in the burbs and never been to JazzFest is it literally like Mardi Gras? People go stake their spots and hold them all day? Why did I think it was gen admission and you just walked around to different stages?
