What is happening to the defence? They are supposed to challenge the actual material presented as evidence rather than question the right of the prosecution to present it, especially when the rules clearly allow the prosecution to utilise such items. Ramdam mo talaga yung frustration ng prosecution because they are entirely correct to remind everyone that the defence has every right to present the full material as rebuttal evidence. Sad kasi it highlighted pa the poor understanding of the defence of the cited rule. This entire spectacle is like watching a highly inaccurate courtroom scene from a TV series and it is deeply concerning for the defence team. I expected them to do better.
