If you can believe it, California led the way in the 1970’s fir environmental cleanup, anti-littering, recycling, clean beaches, clean water, clean air, and that was pushed by the Democrats. It was THE coolest, and most beautiful place to visit. It’s not recognizable any more.

I'm glad I got to see the beautiful California before all this. When I trucked into LA, I met some of the nicest folks there could be. 30 yrs later, I would never vacation there now, even up north (Shasta area). CA had it all and now its run by the Devil. Pray for California.✝️🇺🇸

It's not just LA. Every time I visit downtown San Diego, I get treated to the sight of bums sleeping on the sidewalk, and lately, tweakers hanging over like candy canes. Some of them look real young. Heartbreaking and scary.

As a resident of CA, I can verify that this is 💯 correct. Upon arriving at Exer Care before it opened at 8am, I encountered a homeless person sleeping at the entrance. The issue of homelessness has become widespread, and it is indeed heartbreaking. Where are the funds intended to support the homeless population directed?
