I love eating grilled lobster with garlic or black pepper sauce.

That garlic butter came in like the final boss 🦞

lobster on the grill wants a richer white with some texture. Chablis grand cru or a white Bordeaux (Pessac-Léognan) with a few years on it brings the salinity and structure lobster demands
