This video is Boardman PD bodycam of the April 24, 2022 arrest of Logan Malik, then a Washingtonville OH police officer. Off-duty, he impersonated a U.S. Marshal at a Holiday Inn and Sheetz, claiming to search for skinheads while wearing a tactical vest, gun, and badges. He was fired the next day. Federally convicted of impersonation, sentenced to 30 days prison, $5,000 fine, and 1 year supervised release. Appeal denied. The title is false clickbait. No real Marshal was arrested and the arresting officers kept their badges.
