Not all but some Kashmiri muslims are involved in such attacks. But it can't be helped as there are still many Kashmiri muslims who are not loyal to India. Showing off your Indian passport does not make you Indian by heart.

If you live in a society where 100 people live and 80% people are good and 20% are bad and those 80% know who are bad people but still if in Kashmir 99% people are right how come they don't know about those 1% people, why don't they tell info about those 1% people why?

Actually locals are involved but Indian army didn't blown out those houses, explosives are already planted before army reached for search operation. We can imagine how cunning the local supporters are.
