Baba Harjeet Singh Rasulpur today submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami highlighting issues related to the Sri Hemkunt Sahib Yatra. Raising the concerns of the Sikh community of Punjab, he urged the Uttarakhand government to ensure the safety, dignity, and adequate facilities for pilgrims undertaking the sacred pilgrimage to Sri Hemkunt Sahib.

Wtf is happening in Uttarakhand? Are we living in Pakistan or in North Korea where there is Dictatorship? Aayush Rawat, a boy from Kashipur, #Uttarakhand , was detained by Uttarakhand police just for sharing a meme video of Pushkar Singh Dhami on Instagram. He was detained on Monday night, around 8:00 PM and was allegedly beaten, abused & kicked by police. His only crime is that he posted news and incidents through a meme video that are happening in Uttarakhand. We are shocked that one can't exercise his/her right to freedom of expression anymore in Uttrakhand? It is not known what action is taken against the criminals, but Arrests are being done for writing about crime on Social Media. This what a real Dictatorship looks like 💔 Narendra Modi Uttarakhand Kranti Dal Uttarakhand Congress Harish Rawat , kindly look into this matter !!

Pinch Of Salt - Rishikesh Bhaniayawala Tree Cutting in Elephant Reserve: I am taking the announcement made by #Uttarakhand Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami regarding the temporary reprieve with a pinch of salt. While the suspension of tree felling is welcome, the real test is whether the government is serious about conducting a transparent review of the entire project with citizens & all stakeholders. Or they are just backing off in the face of the widespread anger against this totally unnecessary and environmentally & ecologically disastrous project.
