I'd love to try Instinct again for more work related things again but the Google auth permissions are quite aggressive. Really would like just read only access for most of these and definitely not delete

I have a stupid sounding request since I’m sure you think they are a competitor, can you connect Instinct to Grokbot? I use Grokbot for deeper work, connecting to my computer, broader task management, if it could connect to Instinct and treat it like another “bot” in its army that is my personal assistant specifically, that would be amazing.

what happens when you’re just passing through somewhere, like stuck in traffic outside a restaurant you don't intend to go to? does it still trigger things?

This is great. You know what would be better if I can set instince a reminder to remind me something when I get to a specific location and it would automatically recognize when I get to this location and would remind me. Is this possible?

Authenticator support in Instinct Instinct can now securely and seamlessly handle the “enter your 6-digit authenticator code” step for you. It uses the same time-based one-time password (TOTP) standard as Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and other popular authenticator platforms. Once an account’s authenticator is set up in Vault, your agent can generate and enter its verification codes to unblock itself on your task. 37% of users store at least one account password in Vault within their first three weeks. A lot of everyday work happens behind a login. However, even with your password saved, an authenticator prompt can mean stopping the task, opening an app on your phone, and sending over a code before it expires. Instinct can now handle that step and keep working. On supported services, Instinct can complete the enrollment and save the details alongside your login in Vault. You may need to approve the initial sign-in or an existing security check. Where a service allows an additional authenticator, you can keep using the one on your phone. Once setup is complete, Instinct can use its own saved key to generate codes for future sign-ins. Phone approvals and other security checks may still need your input. Authenticator support is another step toward giving Instinct the tools it needs to complete tasks on your behalf in the real world, with fewer interruptions along the way. This is available across all of our users today.

"You can either produce excellence or you can avoid criticism. But you cannot do both of those. The reason that you don't have certain excellence that you want is because you are afraid of getting criticized. You are afraid of the judgment that comes with it. You are afraid of standing out. You are afraid of being alone. You are afraid of people looking at you. You are worried about what people think of you. There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. And there's no way everybody in this room is going to think the exact same thing about me. No way. When it comes to exceptional, what we've got to understand is you can spend your whole life trying to avoid criticism and earn reputation, and it still won't be in your control. We can waste a lot of time missing out on excellence we could have been producing if we were just simply LESS trying to engineer what we wanted other people to think about us."

Bruce Lee: “Honestly expressing yourself is the hardest thing to do” "To me, ultimately, martial art means honestly expressing yourself. Now, it is very difficult to do. I mean, it's easy for me to put on a show and be cocky and be flooded with a cocky feeling and feel pretty cool. Or I can make all kinds of phony things. Or I can show you some really fancy movement. But to express oneself honestly, not lying to oneself, that, my friend, is very hard to do." Bruce explains the balance between instinct and control: "Here is natural instinct, and here is control. You are to combine the two in harmony. If you have one to the extreme, you'll be very unscientific. If you have another to the extreme, you become a mechanical man, no longer a human being. So the ideal is unnatural naturalness, or natural unnaturalness." On why he doesn't believe in fixed styles: "If you do not have styles, if you just say, 'Here I am as a human being, how can I express myself totally and completely?' that way, you won't create a style. Because style is a crystallization. That way is a process of continuing growth." He shares the philosophy behind staying in motion: "The idea is: running water never grows stale. So you've got to just keep on flowing." Bruce explains what true training means: "You have to train. You have to keep your reflexes so that when you want it, it's there. When you want to move, you are moving. And when you move, you are determined to move. Not taking one inch less than that. If I want to punch, I'm going to do it, man. And I'm going to do it." He concludes with his most famous philosophy: "Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, or it can crash. Be water, my friend."
