He’s decent and one of the better villains but he was underused in the movie

IMO, he was better in Transformers: Animated.

He’s the exact opposite lmao he’s a bounty hunter and the competition for best live action tf movie villain is nonexistent. Megatron was sidelined, fallen was underwhelming, Quintessa sucks. Come back when you have an actual decent take for once

All he does is literally look cool and spout nonsense sentences which sounds cool and deep but really doesn’t mean anything. There’s not much personality to him at all. All the villains in these movies suck except for Shatter and Dropkick in BBM.

I would hands down agree with Lockdown being the best: Why? Among all villains, this one has the most interesting character arc we've witnessed. He's no autobot nor a decepticon but somewhat a bounty hunter typa thing. Also he has been Aura farming on every appearance.

Bro, not even close. I'd rather have Shatter, Dropkick, Megatron or Sentinel Prime. Lockdown has about as much depth as a villain OC I would have written in my middle School notebook. He's basically the transformers equivalent of shadow the hedgehog. Lockdowns only character trait is shitty oneliners.
