Request for a flooded road submitted on 8 APRIL, 9119653702. No action, no response, nada. When I called earlier this month, the call centre couldn't track my reference number. Maybe that's why I, and others, submit follow up requests.

Hello, we have followed up with the department and will provide feedback as we receive it.

It would be useful if your app/website a) used phone location services for the GPS location of a problem (it doesn’t on my phone) and b) show open service requests within x metres of that location. Many duplicates will surely be from different people?

But if there is an existing outstanding service request, you should be able to upvote it

So you City will only attend to this in my street in 31 days now how must we come out of our houses

Hello, any flooding emergencies should be reported to the City's Public Emergency Communication Centre by dialling 021 480 7700 from a cellphone or 107 from a landline.

Help us know something is being done by providing feedback.

No feed back => load another.

You don't respond to some of the service requests whence the multiple service requests.

There is a water leakage at corner mountain road and laurensford in Somerset west three weeks now nothing is done

Good day, please provide us with your reference number and we will follow up.
