Logging multiple service requests for the same issue can delay response times. 🚫📑 Help us speed things up by submitting one request per incident. We're on it — no need to repeat it! 🙌 #OneRequestOneResponse

Request for a flooded road submitted on 8 APRIL, 9119653702. No action, no response, nada. When I called earlier this month, the call centre couldn't track my reference number. Maybe that's why I, and others, submit follow up requests.

It would be useful if your app/website a) used phone location services for the GPS location of a problem (it doesn’t on my phone) and b) show open service requests within x metres of that location. Many duplicates will surely be from different people?

But if there is an existing outstanding service request, you should be able to upvote it
