Exactly Enough of the tyranny of the UNELECTED & the UNELECTABLE 🤨🤨

Congress should remember this

So long as Administrative decisions PASS the test of the Constitution & abide by it,their correctness or otherwise cannot be gone into and the Judiciary can't substitute its own views instead of that of the Legislature or the Executive. If not, then they must be struck down!

Abolish Collegium System

This was a time for all political parties to stand tall and support parliamentary decisions, but sadly for meagre political gains opposition has been doing flip flops & encouraging judicial overreach. Numerous instances of the past where there were similar concerns raised!

He rightly said

Those were days before Modi era, when UPA thought it can steamroll through elections beating oppositions. Now that junta has known their true colors, and aren't interested in voting them back, they would take the sides of the unelected. All till they get the taste of power.
