A teacher CAN NOT teach the full potential of the english children when time is taken away explaining slower to most of the class (who can not speak English) it will become boring and less interactive for English kids and will lose interest very quickly! it can not be done in a fair way no matter how good the teacher is and teachers are doing a brilliant job but I'm not saying they are not but teachers will have to be trilingual at this point just to get a simple message across to students.
