Democratic leadership (including Hakeem Jeffries) voted no. Sponsored by Rep. Jeff Crank (R-CO), the resolution also specifically denounced the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), reaffirmed that elections should be for American citizens only, recommitted to the Constitution, and called for the SAVE America Act (election security/voter ID legislation). It was a messaging vote ahead of the midterms and does not change law or go to the Senate.
