I think I spotted a Rover P6 parked up - if so, it can't be earlier than 1963. There are definitely a couple of Mk III Ford Zephyr's on the road which didn't launch until 1962. So my guess is around 1964/65.

No hippies or mini skirts, so maybe 1962/63, the cars seem to be of that era, the first mini car from 59.

The Ford Anglias, Minis Sunbeam would mean likely 1963 or later, so my guess is 1963-5.
