Neville Chamberlain made a famous statement after visiting Mr. Hitler: “peace in our time,” as he waved a piece of paper! Appeasement failed and on May 10, 1940, Churchill formed a new government!

& when chamberlain ceded & forfeited Czechoslovakia & Sudetenland in collaboration to nazis for a concession to 'peace in our time' which didn't work but bought us time to rearm for Churchill to take charge of a war cabinet....

The oddly elegant lines of the Bréguet 730 flying boat seen during trials in 1946. The prototype first flew in 1938 but this second production example "SIRIUS" was only completed a year after the end of WWII in Europe.

A 1938 London driving license of Feroze Gandhi surfaces Surname “Gandhi” already used 4 years BEFORE marriage to Indira Gandhi (1942) If Feroze Gandhi became “Gandhi” only after marrying Indira Gandhi, why does a 1938 London driving license already show the surname “Gandhi”? Why is this 4 years BEFORE their 1942 marriage? Why was the public told a different story for decades? Was history simplified… or selectively rewritten?
