Viktor Orbán has pointed to a 2015 article by George Soros, arguing it outlined a long-term strategy for migration into Europe. Orbán highlighted three proposals he says were set out: 1️⃣ The EU should accept at least 1 MILLION asylum seekers every year. 2️⃣ Issue long-term Eurobonds to finance migration and refugee support. 3️⃣ Establish safe channels to move asylum seekers from frontline states such as Greece, Italy and Hungary to their destination countries. Orbán argues these proposals show that today's migration policies are not accidental, but part of a long-term vision that was openly published years ago.
