@LayTalkPodcast What year was this Layla? If it's around 98 or 99, I spent a lot of time with Luke Goss during this time while he was doing Grease on tour, which had a run at the west end before he got fully into the acting world. Hope you're doing well anyway and sending you much love!! ❤️🙏🏼😊

First of many! Had an amazing time at my first ASHNR meeting! I was honored to be invited to talk about my teaching on social media. I always say, if you want to teach someone, you have to meet them where they are. And people are on social media—so here I am too! If you are only willing to teach in certain settings, where the time is right and there are no distractions, then you will miss the opportunity to teach many people. There isn’t one right time or place to teach bc it’s always the right time & place. So here I am!
