Once again it’s pointed out that in 2020 deaths were linked to Midazolam usage not Covid infections. It was this that killed the elderly and vulnerable not Covid - which is why almost no one died at home of Covid, they died in hospitals and care homes after being given Midazolam

The pattern we see in Long Covid looks very similar to what virologists described years ago with Hepatitis B. In Hepatitis B, people who got very sick during the acute infection were much more likely to clear the virus. Only 3% of the clinically diagnosed group became chronic carriers. But in the group that never seemed sick and was diagnosed later through blood tests, 14% became chronic carriers. In other words, people who had a milder or almost silent acute infection were more likely to end up with chronic infection. This pattern is familiar in Long Covid as well. Many people who were extremely sick during acute covid do not show high rates of Long Covid. The group that develops Long Covid in large numbers is the mild group and the moderate group, the ones who were told they were fine. Dr Robert Redfield Dana Parish

It wasn’t just Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine that was pulled from treating people with Covid. Azithromycin was also pulled. Which is strange because it is an antibiotic and antibiotics are used to treat people with a secondary bacterial chest infections as a result of a respiratory disease caused by a viral infection. Why did authorities stop the medical profession from using their own judgment to stop prescribing antibiotics to people with Covid to prevent a secondary bacterial infection? This deserves serious examination because this decision in my view contributed to the deaths of elderly people who caught Covid, especially those in aged care centres and especially those who died during the lockdowns in Victoria in the winter of 2020. Elderly people are especially vulnerable to influenza/respiratory diseases. Antibiotics were the greatest medical discovery in the 20th Century. It’s no coincidence that respiratory pandemics like the Spanish flu became virtually nonexistent after the discovery of penicillin, a life saving antibiotic. Unfortunately I didn’t became aware of this fact until after much of the hysteria had died down. Which is unfortunate because by withdrawing drugs that could have saved lives, the authorities made Covid appear much more deadly than it needed to be.

We may think we’ve left the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic behind, but SARS-CoV-2 hasn’t left us. 🦠 At today’s DeSci conference, LCL founder Rohan Dixit explained how the number of people who need antiviral treatments to remove the SARS-CoV-2 virus from their bodies may be MUCH higher than originally thought. Persistent viral infection is emerging as the leading cause of Long Covid, affecting up to 100M people across the world. Yet a recent study from Brigham and Women's Hospital showed the number of people who need these treatments may in fact be much higher. This paper from Swank et al. just came out in the Dec. 2024 edition of Clinical Microbiology and Infection. It showed that the same biomarkers pointing to chronic infection in Long Covid patients were also found in up to 20% of people who felt recovered from their acute Covid infection. This means the virus itself may still be present. We now know this virus can get into the brain, and all of the major organs of the body. 🧠 The frightening reality is that the number of people who need treatments to remove virus could be up to 20% of everyone who’s had Covid. 😱 That’s because even if the virus isn’t necessarily causing symptoms that people notice right now, that doesn’t mean its presence is harmless. As research progresses, we’re learning more and more about how certain viruses can persist in the body and cause long-term health consequences. For example, a potential casual link appears to be developing between EBV infection and multiple sclerosis. Persistent viral infection may also be the root cause of diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and ME/CFS. 🦠 What’s more, persistent viral infection can cause immune dysfunction that even leads to cancer over time. 💔 Lets face it: the reality of Covid-19 is very different from what we were told.
