The average life span of a man in the UK is 78. So yes, at 77, he is toward the end of his years. It doesn’t mean ‘cancer’ will claim him. My Mother had stage 3 ‘C’ and lived another for 15 years. Also he has the genes of longevity.

I’m the same age as Charles. I’m not sick. But I often express that I won’t see the “long term future”. Friends hate me saying it but I’m a realist and accepting. Maybe Charles is simply different from many other people. Just like me.
