Commanders rookie WR Antonio Williams played inside & outside at Clemson. I asked Antonio his preference at the NFL level. He told me, "I prefer everything. I feel like that's when I'm at my best. I feel like I'm a versatile player. I can lineup everywhere and run every route."

Plenty of buzz surrounding Commanders rookie WR Antonio Williams. Could he be that Amon-Ra St. Brown role in David Blough's offense? Antonio was asked what WR's he likes to study. He said, "I was a JSN fan before last year...my all time favorites are Davante Adams and AB."

Antonio Williams to the Washington Commanders. Love this pick. Steady, reliable WR who can get open for a team that desperately needs some of what he provides in their room. He has a path to opportunity right away.

Lentil's breathing has certainly gotten better as he's grown but still not normal - his baseline is still pretty fast and when he exerts himself too much, he has to lay down and get it together for a minute

As a rookie, Brandon Miller has impressed with his versatile, explosive off-ball scoring, but has struggled mightily as a creator. I broke down how he thrives, where he can grow and why he's already trending upward.

🚨Patrice Evra on Michael Carrick’s relationship with Marcus Rashford: 🗣️ Patrice Evra: “Everybody talks about Marcus Rashford’s pace and finishing, but I wanted to know what Michael Carrick saw in him that maybe the rest of us didn’t. So I asked him. He smiled and said, ‘Patrice… it’s not the goals that impress me the most.’ “I looked at him and he continued, ‘The thing I admire is his willingness to learn. Some days I’ll ask him to stay wide, stretch the game and be patient. Other days I’ll tell him to play inside, attack the spaces and get closer to goal. The best part is that he takes every instruction on board and tries to execute it exactly as we’ve worked on in training.’ “That’s when I understood what Michael meant. He wasn’t just talking about a talented forward he was talking about a player who has matured, someone who’s ready to put the team before himself. Before we finished, Michael looked at me and said, ‘When a player trusts your ideas as much as Marcus does, it gives you confidence as a manager that together you can achieve something special.’”

As you can see, this muscle man is great at lifting barbells, but he's probably not so great at carrying protein powder to a shaker. That said, the look on his face when he fails is quite charming💪🏋️‍♂️⏭️🧃💧😂

You 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 in him." CJ also recalls what Freeman said that meant the most to him: "When things are going great, I want all of you guys to feel the praise. When things are not going well, I want everyone to blame me." 🎥 Rich Eisen Show 🔗

"He's drunk at a conservative conference, at 1:30am he's screaming about how he has freedom of speech and berating a hotel staffer, then he takes a woman back to his hotel room for, what he says is, consensual sex. At the moment that that's happening, he is in between marriages." — Tim Miller on Pete Hegseth, nailing it as usual.
